Always depressed and Anxious including social anxiety,mood changes suicide thoughts keep making scenarios in my head and talking to myself in my head . if someone tells me do something or go somewhere I'll make up that scenario and literally make up conversations, feeling worthless , always think people watch me in public, always thinking bad about people and ocd thoughts and action feels like someone else is controlling myself .Even if the doorbell rings or I get phone calls I panick and get nervous.Always pretended these problems didn't exist now I can't pretend.
