Suffering from negative thoughts all the time I have fear inside me something bad is going to happen with me or my family I'm just fadeup from this. how to control this type of thoughts.. Please help

Negative thoughts can be harmful espcially if you allow yourself to beleieve them. You have to think that this is just in my head. Its not real. Also you do not get therapy or counseling this problem could be harder to overcome alone. So i would suggest just do 2 or 3 sessions to learn techniques to overcome these thoughts.

What kind of though it is what about how intense is?? Do u suffer in such thoughts all time or in some specfic condition or time u undergoes these though processes.. Its might b just false assumption n obsession if u can tell reason then suitble way ll b suggested
first you have to clear about what type of negative thoughts are u having .you can consult any psychotherapist to dig out the negative thoughts so you would have better treatment
negative thoughts must be preoccupied with something else and fear of something kindly visit someone u ll be fine withing few sessions.
take CBT( Cognitive behaviour therapy) sessions this therapy will help you alot .you will be able to change your negative thoughts.these type of thoughts cause anxiety and fear .

you are in need of psychological treatment. but first relax your self and distract your self right away when you have such thoughts.
Keep yourself busy and besides that I would recommend u to do some physical exercise along with some good diet.. Its just fear and u can only overcome over it remember
