since my childhood, I had always faced trouble in sleeping till now. Maybe it is due to my overthinking issue or I don't know what it is. Currently using Somno melatonin 2mg 1 tab daily, otherwise I would keep waking all night till 8am etc. And if by somehow I get to sleep I wake up again in the middle of night automatically.
please advice, how can I improve myself.

Hello, first of all i will suggest you to take proper Consultation and till then you can do one thing
1. if you think you are not taking proper sleep and awake all night, then don't sleep and do some physical exercises for sometime. abd after that try to sleep when you yourself feel asleep.
