salam meri 2 saal pehlay shadi hui aur due to corona i got stuck away from my parents. i got pregnant shortly after jo miscarriage ho gaya. starting mei i had troubles with my husband too. miscarriage k baad se i don't remember thinking straight. 2 months baad dubara pregnant ho gai pr har roz har lamha dar k kuch ho jae ga. pregnancy thi b bohat mushkil pr mentally ziyada mushkil thi. 9 months dar k guzaray. baby khair se ho gaya. lagta tha delivery k baad sab theek hojaega dar khouf sab but yeh sab ziyada hota jaa raha hai. mujhay constantly asa lagta hai k mei khush hungi tau kuch bura ho jaega. mei baby ko chor k aami ki taraf relax kernay jaun b bahir tau i keep thinking k kuch hojae ga baby ko. sotay hue tk soch rae hoti hun. 24/7. if not about baby i keep thinking k mere husband maa baap ya bhaion mei se kisi ko kuch ho jae ga. i am very tired of all this. please suggest a soultion.

Subha shaam ki dua lazmi parh lya kren or agr zrurt mehsus ho to psychiatrist se koi medicine bhi le skti hen otherwise proper diet, sleep, multivitamins and prayers make u healthy again
