procrastination, try to avoid in this situation,set a reminder in ur cell phone, feed ur mind whatever the matter just focus on ur task that is ur most important priority.
Make a list of your plans on priority basis then decide a timeline for each plan keeping in view the resources you have. Don’t just think act on it. You will get focused and successful.
Depression is real. Anxiety is real. Trust me it is no less painful than any other disease. Push yourself and save your life. Get ready, meet your friends & family. Try to go out. Enjoy a good meal. Watch a comedy movie. If you don't have enough money then not to worry just do some work out at home or go for a walk. Take a shower, wear neat clothes , comb your hair, cook Maggie or any meal you like. Just don't stay alone & free. Anxiety & depression attacks when you're alone and you're not doing anything.
