My issue is that while a sleep i do different activities, like finding my partner, speaking( which cannt be underst), touching intimate parts of partner . It is not often but rarely like once or twice a month. Once i stood up from my bed and when to other bed for such . Please tell me how i can cure myself? What is the treatment

AoA. I think it can be treated..it might happen when you are stressed out for the whole say or are overburdened. So do a little meditation before you sleep for a relaxing sleep. Further, it can be discussed in detail with your history in session.
