For anxiety and depression you can start with deep breathing, meditation and yoga exercises with a very soothing lighter music playing around you ... try there must not be any distractions or noise at that time .... For stage speaking you can practice speaking in front of one family member then two then three than repeat with the presence of friends and do it on a step wise manner and also speak that material or present that thing for which you are facing phobia .... No migraine does not lead to weight gain

Relationship between weight and migraine,it depends not all reseahes confirm that...anyhow for proper and permanent recovery one must require sessions..

Yes some medications for migraine can cause increase in weight or loose weight and some keep it at neutral level...
