I've been concerned about my mental heath & thought it was best to seek a professional counselor. I'm lost. I feel low. I lac concentration. I can't focus. No progress in my studies. I'm frustrated. I feel like I want to move somewhere peaceful & start over a new life. I have a potential of doing great but I'm just done with this world .I try best to keep myself busy. I'm much to the spiritual side. I crave love & touch. I feel aimless. I'm not lazy, just moody. One has to work hard enough to be recognized in the society to live a basic life. No one is gonna feed you. I wish to explore the world & meet new people, make memories & find peace. I want to be intelligent & intellectual. I want to know my worth. There is a tornado in my brain & everything is messed up. I can't clearly describe this. Please help.. Is my problem genuine or just a doubt ?
