Asking for Self, Male, 45 years old, Rawalpindi district
recently 5 months back i lost my mom during call. she breath her last and during her last moment she was n call with us unable to understand her transition and felt helplessness. Can't come out of my loss and every moment her absence is piercing my heart. i have been her care takers as she was in my childhood for me. Her loss news hit my father hard and he collapsed and our attention got diverted to his situation and he is still not well. the handling of the afterwards is only on my shoulders as i am the only one in Pakistan rest 2 sisters are abroad and could not join in the funeral. I am not well for the past 5 months and physically i am getting worse my muscles joint neck stiffness jamming of body started and i came to the diagnosis that i am deeply depressed. and need treatment but as i am working i cannot take Alp and sedatives as i drive and i cant deal with numbness of mind with my job along. How to and whom to reach to come out of this traumatic pains i cant stop.
