when this started? how was ur mood before this started. are u married or single any specific stress in life and who live with u at home. there must be a reason but need to explore. if its only evening time then explore the triggers. if a person is suffering from depression then most of the day is depressed and mood is sadand there are other symptoms as well. still u feels like u cant bear ur sadness plz do consult clinical psychologist
