Hi, i have been suffering from severe depression for past several months, usually it was metal stress and was couping up wtih it by keeping my self positive, but now physically its taking its toll and now iam feeling very low on energy, constant body pain particularaly upper body shoulders, left arm and chest left sife, i have frequent headaches back pain. Sleep disorder. Sleeping more but when ever i wake up seems like my whole body ia hurting like full body work out. I need some advice what can i do in terms of work out or exercise so i can get back in postive frame of mind. All my blood reports are normal. I regualrly pray.
