l feel attracted to men. My all life l tried to suppress my feelings but l l am not able to change it and l feel l am not at the right place emotionally. My situation is now disturbing my peace. l am feeling lonely. l am skipping work and l feel like crying all the time. l am looking for a psychologist who who can help me understand my sexuality and can help me navigate.

The attraction can be of many kinds, like if a person is well dressed, you'll be attracted to him but that doesn't mean that person is sexually attractive to you. As our Religion prohibited such kind of choices, our society also doesn't want us to be like this. People do ask themselves many questions about their sexuality at many ages and at different points in life, so it’s never been easy. Ask your heart if its a rebel or you can't make conclusions upon a small fact that you are attracted to men and girls do not attract you. Just like your identity, your sexual preferences may change with the time. The preferences are the only thing which matter. You can allow yourself to explore more about yourself and your career and Islam.
