AOA mujhe raat ko jaldi neend nahi ati 3 ya 3:30 pe neend a jati hai jiski waja se subha late uthna parta hai or mai daily koshish karta hu ke 7 se 8 hours ki neend puri karun lekin hamesha 10 ghante ki neend ho jati hai mujh se kindly suggest karay ke neend ki routine kese sahi karun or kese 7 ghante ki neend puri ho or subha fresh uthun thanks?

The sleep cycle works this way. Agar aapko routine and sleep pattern theek karna hai tou aik din aapko raat ko zabrdasti jaldi sonay k liye laitna hoga. Ya agar 3 bje tak neend nahe aati tou aap bilkul nahe soyen, khud ko distract karlen and phir aglay day ki raat ko aap bht jaldi sojayen.
Body apni sleep requirement poori karleti hai, isliye apki neend 10hours tak ki hojati hai.

u need to follow sleep hygiene like early to bed and early to rise.keep sleep diary and note down timings and wht u thought most of the time.avoid gadgets,caffeine etc before bed ...discuss further to manage your sleep.
