Im always sleepy even though i sleep almost 8 to 9 hours at night and still again sleep in afternoon for 4 to 5 hours or even more although i do nothing. Whenever i just lay on bed i start feeling sleepy instantly. All this is normal?
u need full assessment. maybe u have other problems too. and if it's just sleep issue then activate yourself behaviourally. or consult with some psychologist.

Hi, are you suffering from emotional issues? because sleeping too much is also an issue. No this is not normal. sleeping too much is as bad as sleeping too little. they effect your body in a same way.
