Follow sleep hygiene regularly,like early to bed and early to rise,stick with same timings everyday, even during weekend ,keep sleep diary and write more intrusive thoughts, take at least 8 hours sleep.dont nap during the day,dont take tea,coffee,heavy meal or any stimulant that keep you awake ,even avoid excercise before going to watch tv/mobile on your bed...keep your room proper ventilated nore too hot ,not too cold...finally,dont force yourself for falling a sleep,follow this sleep routine and gradually your sleep will start better...if you want to explore yourself in depth,you can contact 042-32591427, .
