coz if you stammer in some specific situations or in front of particular people than you have anxiety issues.
let me tell you one thing
just accept yourself. when you start accepting yourself people will do the same.
feel good about yourself. you don't need any reason to feel important and good about yourself.
see you think people are cruel and they make fun when you talk. that's becoz you feel bad about yourself...you don't think you are important. people will respect you but 1st you need to respect yourself.

ap stammering ko apni kamzori samjte hain apko aise lagta hai log apko is pe judge karte hain. we allow others to to behave in a particular way. yaani log to powerless hain. or apko pata hai jab apne weaknesses ko as badge pehn lete hain with honor and respect. log apke مداح ban jatay hain. think about it and just do it without any second guess. you will see the results.

Mujy 8 saal k age sy stammering start hue ha joo aaj 25 saal ki umer tak had sy zayad ho gae ha ya jo ma likh raha ho wo bol k nhi  kah sakta many apny qareeby speach therapist sy  therapy b kerwae ha lakin wo sirf thori dar k liya normal hota ho phir wasy he stammering hoti ha koi koi mustkil improvement nhi hue
Kuch therapy tips ka pta ha lik muj sy hota nhi slow nhi bolaa jata tez bolta ho to stammering hoti ha or akaly ma self talk ka problem ha kindly mujy kuch tips btaey or kisi achay therapist suggest kry 😭😭😩😩
