thanks doc.. mai ye sb krna chahti hn pr kr nahi paati.. apna timetable banati hn pr follow nahi kr paati ek din krungi phr dusre din se demotivated.. past me jo negative hua vo sb dimag se nikal nahi paa raha hai i have no energy left.. khud ko dhakka deti hn but phr se sust parr jaati hn.. sajday me ja kr roti hn help mangti hn Allah se.. smjh nahi aata kaise sahi krun khud ko.. aapka reply parh kr acha laga.. jazakillah
