Got separation after 6 months of marriage. I feel race of thoughts in my head and don't want to do anything. Feel pain in head and mood swings. I often feel happy a lot and lot of sad as well. My productivity and dedication left me. Have a job but can't focus on work. It's 10th day of separation. My marriage last for 6 months and 2 months we stayed togethor. I have mood swings before my marriage as well. My mode was super good after my marriage and suddenly it changed. After 2.5 months of marriage I had sucidal thoughts. Don't know what to do now.
