Horrible thoughts come to my mind for split-seconds I also get intrusive thoughts in my head They can either appear at random (lying in bed at night), at some kind of religious trigger (the words "God" or "Hell"), or at some kind of stressor (getting startled, feeling frustrated with someone). What if something makes me angry during the day and I get a blasphemous thought?The fact that these thoughts often come during times of intense emotion (anger, frustration, fear, etc.) makes it feel like there is some kind of "emotion" behind these thoughts - if I get blasphemous thoughts when I'm angry or frustrated, then do I really mean them?If I do have a thought that I think may be genuine..I would deeply appreciate any thoughts or feedback on the nature of these thoughts and how to deal with them.

Asslam o allaekum, I have understood your issue. You need to book sessions with Psychologist for psychotherapy to overcome symptoms. It needs proper systematic treatment.

Listen!! There are some basic emmotions ( happiness, sadness , fear and anger) its your choice to perticipate one of the emmotion . Your emmotions should be driven by your choice not others. Ap ne normal rehty howy apna din behtar bnana hai ya sad emotion choose kerty howy sara din mood kharab kerna hai, choice is yours..
Think (why are you alive ? ) Its your life that is given to you, and when it will be taken from you you dont know. what you want to do with your life is your choice. Make a dessision. Do Health enhansing behaviours + distraction plans like coloring or something creative start with small objects
Doing little thing well
Boost your self-esteem and see how will be you doing well in life and give possitive regard to you as well. If you make mistake, don't tag or blame yourself too quickly. We all are humans. And all humans are not 100% perfect.

1st U need Medicine from psychiatrist. and then u will be able to understand the instructions of psychologist. 2ndly, do not try to repress your thoughts..it will give nothing but pain. U can take a session with me Via Marham..after that u have to choose the right way.
