Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore

I have this hair pulling disorder( Trichotillomania) since a long time. I took medicines back in 2018 April like Prolexa, Rivotril after consulting a psychiatrist but after having for about 1 to 2 months left it. Right now my disorder is severe due to Anxiety of studies specifically pulling hair from brows and eyelashes. Will any Dr please suggest if I need to take any medicine or not because I am not able to stop it. Thank you!

medications are essential sometimes for such cases. But therapy is also a good idea if the things are messed up for a longer duration. you can visit any psychiatrist for medications and then consider seeking therapy for your disorder. may you get well very soon!
