when i use mobile and computer i get depression anxiety and uncontrolled emotional reaction in certain condition ,feeling tired brain , memmory loss, less consentratin unintrested in my life and other life activities these . since 3 years
Minimize screen time. Walk 35 minutes regularly. Intake plenty of water add fruitsand vegetables in diet enjoy 8 hours sound sleep. Take away mobile when Going to sleep.
Follow this life style 1 month and give feedback..

NO, during holiday season i left to use mobile approximately 20 days i became emotionally very strong and 70% of my mentioned problems become resolved. But now my research i started without using computer and mobile i am not able to comolete it and as result again the situation is going worse.

I have made alot of experiment and observation about my life routine, taking time for outing, participating in recrational activities butt the 30 minute spending on screen causing complete day of drpression, anxiety , mood swings, sleep problem, negative and suspected outlook, heavy head, tired brain, weak memory, unintresting with my life etc.

Basically this issue started during Covid 19 lockdown at that time i used to spend 5-7 hour per day at screen and this problem is still continuing even if i spend only 10 minute on screen per day.

bro, depression isn't what mango people takes the term for..
its something else... there could be some other reasons of which u r unaware. work with any psychologist to find out those core reasons. and this may help u overcome ur issues in no time. u need to boost ur self esteem as well.

try to indulge ur self in activities that inspire u and encourage u so u wont be dissatisfied with ur life..
