this happen when you work for long period of time sitting in one place try getting breaks in between to fresh you mind. Increase physical activity like brisk walk daily at least 30 minutes. Improve your diet include protein fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Hopefully In sha Allah you will feel the difference by implementing these advices in your routine.
