Unmarried. I have completed my graduation and now i stay at home can not do a job because there is only my mother in the home and she feel lonely if i go out. In this kind of environment where i have no activity nothing to do. I overthink very little things. If somebody says something to me that i don't like my mind repeats it thousand times. I cannot get over it. I feel very very helpless depressed. Feel anxiety. I just need peaceful sleep. Peaceful mind. I offer all the prayers read quran.
