Few months back, I developed anxiety problem, due to some stressing hone environment. Consulted a heart specialist as well, everything was normal he just asked me to have good routine. Truly speaking, I did Nothinggg, But Alhamdulillah Gradually, I became better and now Am Very Much good Alhamdulillah. The only problem left now is THE FEAR OF BEING ALONE AND HAVING A PANIC ATTACK. I am studying and I have to go to university, I had been studying there my previous degree for 4 years, this is the same place, am studying higher studies, but now THIS FEAR is interfering ALOTT. Consulted one psychologist here at Marham, she also suggested that I can overcome this WITHOUT any medication, she suggested deep breathing, walk etc. I am practicing these things. Whole day, am preparing my mind THAT NOW I HAVE TO GO TO UNIVERSITY, but still sometimes I lose hope. how will I study? I am worried? how to overcome This fear ?

Yes, my old friends have left, there are new people around me. so, I feel like if I'll have some condition, it would be awkward, what people think about me and this will increade the level of anxiety. And, there's no such trauma or anything, it just developed randomly and before few months there was some stressed environment at home that's why my anxiety was at peaks but now Alhamdulillah am very very better very normal. just this fear is disturbing.

environment and place is not new for me. I did my previous studies here too. and in higher studies now new people new classfellows came. I sued to spend more than 10 hours a day also at the same place in previous years when there used to be events or some extra classes I use to enjoy everything. but, now I am astonished myself that why I fear going to that place for few hours even.

I used to be very confident and am a very social and communicative person. I am still the same it's just that THIS FEAR is interfering in everything in my life. my friends call me for having a gathering outside, I deny, simply I deny and ignore everything in which I have to go outside alone.
