Salam doctors! I have anxiety probelm for last 5 years.A few months ago i somehow learned how to manage those feeling but i have mild anxiety. Nowadays the probelm that i am facing is the thoughts of ejaculation.If single thought about ejaculation rise in my mind i am worried all day long until i ejuculate by just thinking about sex.Whould should i do .plz help me.

Anxiety is the most common and easily identifiable disorder because of its dominant physical symptomatology such as body aches, stomach issues, suffocation, palpitations, sweating and numbness etc.
Anxiety always has strong childhood roots, it is not something which suddenly develops. It is most rigid disorder because somatic symptoms hijack our coping mechanisms even positive thoughts.
Therapies like CBT and other cognitive approaches deal with current symptoms and focus on thought process which causes treatment failures and relapse.
In order to deal with anxiety there is need to resolve somatic (physical) symptoms and childhood images. After doing a number of therapy diplomas, trainings and clinical degree, I found that our cognitive approaches are not enough to completely cure anxiety. In a workshop, I got to know about #Eidetic_imagery_therapy which has been practicing in Ireland by eidetic school of thought. "Soma" means physical state is the core theme of this therapy and it treats root cause images (not hypnosis). it works rapidly like a magic, very short and culturally friendly. I do encourage people here to go for this not because I practise this but bcz it is something which I honestly explored.

Depression is real. Anxiety is real. Trust me it is no less painful than any other disease. If you're reading this and you're suffering from a bad time then here is my advice, please don't stay alone. I know it is hard to go out or hangout but you've to do this. Push yourself and save your life. Get ready, meet your friends & family. Try to go out. Enjoy a good meal. Watch a comedy movie. If you don't have enough money then not to worry just do some work out at home or go for a walk. Take a shower, wear neat clothes , comb your hair, cook Maggie or any meal you like. Just don't stay alone & free. Anxiety & depression attacks when you're alone and you're not doing anything.
