Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Allergic Asthma

Hi, I am asthmatic. I am taking tiotropium 2 puff and foster 2 puff morning evening. But still sometimes i feel difficult breathing. But thats without cough.wheezy chest.fever. I have done spirometry, feno for gases, chest xray which was said to be good. My personal best peak flow is 400 only. But sometimes my peak flow is below 400z like today its 360 Because i am in Pakistan these days i am scared it gets worst as humidity season coming up.

In short, my symptoms are moderately controlled but i am worried about peak flow. Its low sometimes as i am 152cm. Please guide if i need further anything.
