Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Asthma , Flu , Minor Sore Throat

i need some guidance i am 31 year old and having flu and headache from last one day , temperature is normal and i have mild irritation in throat as well , plus i am already having asthma from quite a long time, so breathing is a little bit difficult because of it ...i am afraid to go to hospital currently im in home isolated from other family members, should i go to hospital for the corona virus test or not , actually i have ocd as well i am very afraid to go to the hospital for the fear of germs, the problem is as i already have asthma so I generally fell sick easily when the weather changes now i dont know what to do , should i consult a dr. or not

you should take proper consultation from pulmonologis and as well as psychotherapist regarding OCD

get treatment for your asthma. if you are not exposed to corona positive patient you are less likely to have corona.. You better keep yourself isolated for the recommended duration.
if you are okay with your asthma treatment, better postpone hospital visit. if, God forbid ,you feel any deterioration visit a Dr. Hope you will get well soon, Insha Allah.

Yes i am feeling better now , and using my inhaler Seretide for asthma its much better now , flu is also fine now Alhumdulillah

If you want to get permanent solutions so take appointment through marham for proper treatment.
Meanwhile take penalty of water and walk daily in morning and night after dinner.
Take steam once a day
Avoid rice oily and junks food
