Sir jab khana khata hu tu tab sans boht bhoolta hai lekin kuch time yani 1 se 2 ghantay k bad saans theek ho jata hai or phir need bi theek ati hai or subah uthta bi theek hu ! Left mung k nechay kisi time khechao feel hota hai some time thora pain bi feel hota hai or Galay mai resha rehta hai har time !

Xaltied Hfa - es k alwa or bi try kr chuka hu. Es time mera sans bilkul theek hai Kiu k stomach khali hai subah ka bus break fast kia hua hai oske bad kuch fruit khaya hai ab bhook boht lagi hai per I know jese hi khana khaoun ga tu sans phool jeygaga boht !
