do you have any HRCT or CT chest ??
Xray is showing diffiuse reticular marking in bilateral lungs more on right side . this can be due to multiple factors but considering Carcinoma history it may be due to lynphangitis carcinomatisis. I think critical care specialist will be doing everything In his capacity . can you kindly share abit more history ?

Keeping in view the Hx, Lymphangitis Carcinomatosis looks more likely. Other possibilities are atypical infections, COVID, influenza or PCP (if on immunocompromised drugs), she needs steroids, along with other supportive cover. A nasal swab for covid and influenza will help too. Also do HRCT, if patient can be mobilized and sputum C/S, DLC.

hrct will be a better modality to narrow down diagnosis..xray findings are associated with the kung involvement due to breast cancer infections vs lymphangitis carcinomatosis need to be ruled out.
