Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Chest Deformity

Hi. I have a mild/moderate case of pectus excavatum. It is very much visible. The problems that I have experienced are shortness of breath, uneven heart rate and I am not able to perform any activity that requires intense physical efforts like sports or exercise training. What I have found as per my information that it is treatable with a surgery. Nuss procedure to be exact. Can you suggest if I can get treatment for this? Anyone whom I can visit to present my case? Any surgeons who have done this kind of a procedure before? Please let me know. Thanks
