Mere 4 saal sy khansi hai mere khala ko b the 6 sal phly unky pass rhi the phr usky 2 saal bd mujy har September oct Nov yh month mein khansi rhti hai orr jo merzi mdcn injection lgyo 3 4 month tk thk nhi hoti yh issue bhut dair sy hai or is year mujy garmi mein b sans ka issue para tha 2 month phr thk hogai toh mujy shak h k Tb hai ... Or mera Xray karya aj wo b thk nhi mein confirm krna chahti k Tb ha k nhi Kindly bata dain konsa test diagnose kry ga Sputum culture ? Yh Normal Culture test b chly ga ??? Sputum for D/R konsa thk hai jisy diagnosed hojye k ku khansi hoti or tb b yoh nhi

محترمہ آپ کا مسئلہ ٹی بی کے بجائے الرجی کا زیادہ لگ رہی ہے کیونکہ ٹی بی موسم کے ساتھ نہیں آتی ہے بلکہ وی سارا سال جاری رہتی ہے جبکہ الرجی مذکورہ موسم میں زیادہ ہوجاتی ہے۔۔الرجی کے علاوہ آپ آپ دمہ جیسے میڈیکل زبان میں استعمال کہا جاتی ہے وہ بھی ہوسکتی ہے جس سے ایکسرے میں بھی تبدیلی واقع ہوسکتی ہے۔آپ استعمال کیلئے سپائیرومیٹری کا ٹیسٹ کروالے اور ٹی بی کیلئے بلغم کا ٹیسٹ جس sputum gen xpert کہا جاتا ہے وہ بھی احتیاط کیلئے کروا لیں۔۔اور الرجی کیلئے آپ جلد کا یا خون ٹیسٹ کروانے لیں اور پھر الرجی کی subcutaneous immunotherapy ہی اس کا کا ایک اچھا آپشن ہے جس سے آپ کا الرجی بہت حد تک بغیر میڈیسن کے کنٹرول رہے گی۔شکریہ
