There are many kinds of interstitial lung disease, some are manageable others are not.Sometimes disease does not get bad while other times it gets worse.You need to see a Lung doctor who will evaluate it .
ILD needs good treatment and it’s manageable but be sure as if it’s ILD TREATMENT MIGHT require steroids or antifibrotics depending upon which ILD is this thank you
You need HRCT chest but it’s better to search pulmonologist near by your lacality and have an advice from him
Please Get HRCT Chest .Treatment will be according to type of ILD.
