Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Cough, Shortness Of Breath
Asking for Wife, Female, 22 years old, Karachi
My wife has been experiencing cough for 3 years. She also has shortness of breath, saans khench ke leni parti hai (since her COVID on January 2021 after she started getting anxiety). She is not completely asthmatic but has some asthmatic features. She has also been diagnosed with mild MVP.
She has seen a large number of doctors, but no doctor has managed to cure this. This has affected her mental health a lot. Please recommend the best doctor in the city who can cure this once and for all.
Different doctors have prescribed her the following medicines: Myteka Anti allergy Fortide, Xaltide, Optra, and Rinoclenil Spray (PUMPS)
Psychotherapy = Undergoing
Tests: Neck glands = often swollen PFT = narrow airways Oxygen level = normal TSH = normal CBC = normal Thyroid = normal
Allergies: dust, pollen, strong fragrance

she can use tablet ciproxin 500mg once for 5 days, tablet montiget10 mg daily , tablet Prednisone 5 mg for one week,mucolator sashe one daily,seritid inhaler 3 times a day.
