Aoa. I am a mom 3 kids Last born is on formula milk Last born is 4 months old Age 34 Contracted covid in July 2020 during 3rd month of pregnancy Since then I have low saturation usually between 89 to 94 Although I m performing my domestic duties .. taking care of home and kids very diligently. Usually claimed up stairs 3 to 4 times a day n never face shortness of breath. Is it possible that my original baseline be is low? How can I improve my spO2 base line? Should I get vaccination for covid as I have heard many cases where spO2 levels decreased after getting vaccinated.

89 to 94 pretty normal sats. increase breathing patterns in early morning for fresh air.
I don't think vaccines causing any of such side effects . get urself vaccinated upbringing of ur children need ur health and care
don't hear the rubbish about vaccines false news

some patients have post covid fibrosis which leads to mild dyspnea and low sats depending upon damage extent. other causes of low saturation needs to be ruled out as well. some investigations including HRCT chest may be needed. consult nearby pulmonologist

You can increase your oxygen saturation after covid by doing deep breathing exercises, do exercise daily, patients have mild fibrosis after covid but it will recover of its own, just do exercise and take healthy diet.
Yes you can get vaccinated after 1 month of recovery from covid, and vaccination has not impact on oxygen saturation. You must not have fever or active infection during vaccination.
