Asking for Self, Female, 41 years old, Rawalpindi
Assalamu alaykum. My question is regarding Corona virus. Nowadays it's spring season and in this season majority of adults and children get pollen allergy. Those who have mild asthma also get cough with advent of spring. THEN how to differentiate between normal cough sneezing throat pain and dangerous Corona disease. Secondly please also advise what is the expected date of complete eradication of Corona virus from our country Pakistan. Is it a seasonal pandemic so that it shall go after some weeks??? Will summer hot weather kill Corona. And what Desi sort of foods and drinks shall we take like few people suggest Kalwanji, haldi, hot water steam and gargles etc. Also advise if more than one persons use same water for steam. Like turn by turn 4 persons using same utensil full of very warm water and breathing in it. Will it be safe
corona appear as flu like illness with fever headache bodyaches but asthma will have the typical viral symptoms.
we hope thst with rising temprature it will go away inshallah.
food like hot drinks green tea are good fresh fruites and poultry n fise use may be good to increase immunity.
asthma will not have viral symptoms.
W Salam,
In asthmatic or seasonal allergic patients who get symptoms in spring it is mostly assumed to be asthma/allergy. but anyone can get corona Virus infection for which you can see literature. most important is history of exposure to corona positive person.
One can't say confidently about time of full eradication but hopefully it'll be reduced in about a month, insha Allah.
It is not clearly known whether it is seasonal and whether it Will be definitely killed by summer..
About kawanji it is said that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) told there is cure for all illnesses except death.. all other desi totkas may have some good effects for symptoms relief.
It is advisable each person use separate pots for steam inhalation.
gargals have got good effect for sore hroat...
Thanks for asking Question.

In spring season the people who are insensitve to pollen? will less likely to be affected by pollen however, those who are knwon pollen sensitive will have the classical features of asthma like dry cough, wheezes and breathlessness and fever will be very less likely in this group. These people are advised to avoid exposure to pollens.
While the common features of COVID-19 infection would be Fever, throat irritation, cough, breathlessness and wheezing is less common.
These people are strictly advised to apply COVID-19 scoring chart on themselves.. If the score falls in 3 to 5, they should self coronatise at their homes. If the sore is more then 5 then they should contact the nearist RRT for suspected COVID-19 and should be shifted to coronatise center.

It is not certain how long the virus that causes COVID-19 survives on surfaces, but it seems to behave like other coronaviruses. Studies suggest that coronaviruses (including preliminary information on the COVID-19 virus) may persist on surfaces for a few hours or up to several days. While without humans host the virus can not multiply or grow further in the environment, therefore self coranitine is the best stretegy to control the spread of viruses.
According to available preliminary data, the median time from onset to clinical recovery for mild cases is approximately 2 weeks and is 3-6 weeks for patients with severe or critical disease.
Several researchers have suggested that the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and the disease it causes, COVID-19, will go away on its own in the warmer weather . Some have even suggested that the experience with SARS in 2003 provides evidence for this assertion.

The mentioned desi food may boost up the immunity but the most important is to keep immune system stronger by taking healthy foods and by regular body excersises and strictly avoid fast food, soft drinks, junks.
Q. 4
Using steam remidy is not recommended for the COVID-19.
The most important is to follow the precautionary measures advised by healthcare community.
