I have to see the x ray personally.Patient may had previous episode of tb and there might be no need of treatment now.So it depends on patient clinical condition and x ray,not just reporring.

Don't worry about fee,,we will manage it,,and if you can not visit me at my private,you can visit me at JPMC karachi on Tuesday or Thursday at morning timings.
