Dear, you have narrated excellent picture of an asthma patient. It is immaterial where you are now a days. I will advise you to visit any Pulmonology department , or any Pulmonologist near you. The treatment with nebulization at home is highly risky and may endanger your life. Inhaled corticosteroids along with LABA is the standard treatment currently. Please don't play with yourself. Government Hospitals do lot of good things free of cost.

I'm available at my clinic till 9 pm today. asthma is a long term disorder that is symptomatic and for your lungs health after its episodic attack you have to do Physiotherapy. no medicine can save or rehab your lungs and chest health without exercising. You are quite young and should take concerns for long term health benefits.
