Aoa sir I am living in bishkek in kyrgyzstan my age is 20 i started feeling chest pain about 3 months ago with heart palpitations I consult to a cardiologist here in kyrgyzstan my ecg and echocardiography was normal More ever I checked my thyroid profile it was also normal but in ultrasound there are modules Doctor said there is no heart problem u should relax after 2 3 days my chest pain and palaptions went out on its own now form last 4 weeks I am feeling the chest pain with dypnsea and pressure on chest which radiates to neck like some one suffocated me this become worse with hard physical work or when I walk for long time with state of unconsciousness I again went to him he said there is no heart problem as all necessary tests are normal he gave me a medicine mydocalm and calm heart but I don’t feel so much relive in addition I started feeling pain around my jaw probably in mandible bone or some time feeling heaviness on my left arm then I go for holter moinitor (shows arrh

Do the biopsy of thyroid nodules and thyroid function tests and then consult some medical specialist.

it is cardiac neurosis. Ischemic heart disease at the age of 20 is least likely . If you are from Pakistan , come back ,you will settle down . you asked it earlier as well. if Muslim go for Namaz 5 times a day. it is your cardiologist who has to decide. why are you asking from other people. ylou may get a wrong answer. Conclusion: Total complexes 042-32591427, . Sinus rhythm. Sinus arrhythmia. Average heart rate 87. max. Heart rate 164 Sun 13:51. Min. Heart rate 51 at 06:43. ZhES-no. SV es-108- isolated, 3 group atrial es, (4-5). 2 episodes of atrial ectopic rhythm at 07: 49: 40s heart rate 80 at 07:49:40 prod. 7 sec, 09:35:09 with heart rate 82 prod. 7 sec. There are no episodes of ischemia.

agree with sir shamshaad that a cardiologist should be the one you should consult.. any how your heart seems to be absolutely normal but thyroid nodule needs further investigation as it may be the reason of your tachycardia. so get a thyroid scan and biopsy done to rule it out.
