Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore pakistan

I have been diagnosed with pleural TB 4 months back, after i developed a large pleural effusion, currently taking ATT, in 4rth month of treatment, i have recently noticed an enlarged lymph node in my neck, is it a sign of my disease progressing, should i be worried, i dont have any other symptom, no difficulty in breathing and fever etc, i havent missed my medication as well, my chest xray done a month ago was clear,

however do mention if there is any associated throat pain . sore throat
and att dose is right dose
