Asking For Self, Male 38, Rawalpindi
I am a 38/year old male. I have had prolonged bronchitis in the last ten years in October only. I use Ventolin Inhaler this season to cure the disease. I go for the X-ray fortunately every thing is ok. Please let me know how this illness is definitely healed. Thank you.

No, I don't have any allergy but some time Antihastamine (Loratadine).

I suggest to get your Spirometry done to ascertain the severity of airway obstruction if there is any. And start Inhaled Salmicort 25/250 2 puffs two times, tab myteka 10 mg at night for a month and you can stop these medicines if your problem resolves after a month time. Get Flu shot available as Inj Influvac

You should see a pulmonologist to confirm diagnosis,assess the severity & plan your individualised management plan.
Your history is suggestive of chronic bronchitis,luckily you don't have any radiological changes yet.You will need ventolin if have breathing difficulty.You will have to take prompt treatment for seasonal urti and allergic symptoms and proper antibiotics if there is some secondary infection.Good hydration,avoidance of smoking,healthy food will all help
