I am 25 years old, Male And my weight is around 70KG With Smoking History.

Since 2 weeks I'm facing persistent coughing which turned into bloody mucus coughing doctor giving me antibiotics for bronchitis I want to know is it bronchitis or something else cuz most of the symptoms are from other diseases as well please any doctor can read my test reports i will be grateful thank you.
