do you have any history of Allergy or asthma.Take Two tablet panadol 3 times a day for 4 days along with tablet ciproxin 500 mg one tablet morning and one evening for five days.keep your self warm and cover your head at night,use hot liquid s like tea or chicken soup.
Night time cough especially in winter could be a sign of cough variant asthma. Hence complete would be required.

I would suggest you to get your CXR PA digital done and consult for a thorough chest and throat examination. As you have already taken a course of antibiotics recently, its not recommended to take another treatment without consulting chest specialist. Ruling out COVID Omicron infection is also important.
