use tablet montiget 10 mg one tablet daily.Also take tablet prednisolone 5mg three times a day for one week and mucolatar sashe 3 times a day for one week,seritide inhaler two puffs twice a day for one week.
Better get X-ray chest done,oxymeter readings and then consult a chest physician.
