Walikumsallam. If this was mentioned from the same medixal center from where you need fitness certificate then in most cases they only do this for financial means and nothing else.

We live in country where TB is very common . I think you might be talking about calcified nodule or node in lungs. It can be silent. Moreover you can undergo HRCT chest to clarify and confirm that nodule or node which indicates some previous infection.
