A,Salam dear Dr, Hope you will be fine. I have a query on some,s behalf in my house hold. She is a addict of beera (a drug kept under jaws in mouth, which gives a certain type of relaxation or relief or joy also known as khaini in India n beeri in Pakistan (she uses miswak her teeth are clean) but she needs to buy beera every day kindly reffer some medicine for her as she want to quit this habbit. She is a married n has severe kids died after death. But she stays happy n do her work
