I am suffering from joints pains since a very long time. Frequency of which has increased significantly in past 1 year. Pain is mostly in hand joints. I feel pain in finger joints mostly in the one connecting hand and finger. I sometimes also get pain in my foot which causes movement restriction for a couple of days. I have consulted a doc and arithritus has been daignosed.
Now the question is, is arithritus treatable? Is there anything I can do now that can save me from more pain in future? Can I prevent deformity in hands?

yes there is medication available to treat the condition, permanently to shayd theek na ho pae , but quality of life will be improved Insha Allah... you're just 35 , you need proper workup .. deformity in hand wouldn't happen Insha Allah..
