Talk to Rheumatologist on BONE CRACKING AND PAIN

aoa! it's been a long time since I've been experiencing such symptoms, I've went to 3 4 doctors but no one has given me an answer instead I'm given tests.

my back hurts mostly middle and upper back the pain also travels to my neck, back of the head and shoulders. another major thing is my bones constantly crack, most specifically the back, neck and shoulder area. the cracking is constant with every movement and often times I have to stretch to make the bones crack or there is discomfort. at times even when I breath in my bone cracks. it's an extreme discomfort, sitting down is a discomfort even laying in bed I have to constantly change sides. I also get tired very easily, I get ouf breath and also feel nauseous at times idk if these symptoms are related. I'm genuinely scared if it's something serious because no one around me seems to take this serious.

my calcium, vit D and cbc Alhamdulillah came back normal.
