Gout Problem On Left Toe

Dad 50 years old suffering from gout problem in left toe, alot of pain and swelling.
Have given zyloric 100mg twice a day but its not working. Kindly help

He can take colchicine 0.5 mg twice a day For 5 days .. other medicines are Steroids or anti inflammatories... obviously need to know other conditions he suffers from ...I would suggest talking to an online rheumatologist .. zyloric acid can actually make gout Worse if started acutely with a gouty attack
