considering u r young, u have gip and back pain, so if u have these symptoms for more than 3 months and u hv early morning stiffness of at lease 30-45 min then there is possibility of ankylosing spondylitis . test for that disease would be MRI of sacroiliac joints. plz get checked from ur nearest rheumatologist
