Symptoms Jo apnay btaye hain yeh Gout ya uric acid k typical Nai hain. Some people naturally have higher uric acid levels but without typical gout symptoms treating is usually not recommended. Needs detailed history to determine cause. Pain exactly kis area mein hota hai? Nature of pain kya hai? Dono hathon mein hai? Koi triggers hain? Koi swelling notice ki hai? Any other physical health symptoms like fever, diarrhoea, etc. koi previous medical history ya medications?

Physical examination ki zarurat hai before confirming. Differentials include Carpal tunnel syndrome (usually shooting pain going from wrist into the palm, worse with sustained wrist bending), Nerve impingement in shoulders (Subacromial pain syndrome; uss mein usually pain shoulders mein hoga with restricted movements and pain travels down the arm) and finally inflammatory athropathies (agar waaqai small hand joint swelling ya synovitis ho; jiskay liye kuch tests like ESR, Rheumatoid Factor, Anti CCP would be useful). Numbness is not typical feature of gout and even though it can happen in multiple joints, more often than not it involves one joint and that too typically big toe foot joint. Hope this helps.
